Colin was wonderful. We went through many hurdles trying to sell our house and he was always patient, guiding us and looking after us all the way through. He even went as far as moping floors for us before a showing when he found a leak on the floor….he took extra trips for buyers to re-view the house and our tenants (who were supposed to leave during that time) we’re not very cooperative, especially during the showings. Colin was very patient and dealt with every challenge that came our way with grace, poise and professionalism. I would recommend him any day to help anyone sell their house. Leah Garcia was a major asset to my cross-state move and helped navigate a very fast paced rental market where listings kept getting rented at every turn. She was very responsive and great at getting me in contact with landlords to get my paperwork in front of them to make sure I had a voice in this process. She also helped point out new places as inventory kept flying of the website to keep the momentum up. I eventually found a nice place with everything I could ask for in walking distance.
