The Beverly Apartments

I have lived at the Beverly for two years. Without a doubt is the best apartment living experience I’ve had. It truly has a community feel. Neighbours look out for each other and care for each other as does the Manager, Carrie and our amazing Maintenance Guru, Jim. They have both been here long-term, which is one thing unusual in my experiences of apartment living. Beyond that, their dedication and truly open caring for this Community and the facility is apparent in everything they do. They really appreciate that the Beverly is our home. They feel like part of our family here. It’s really a special place to live; To have this sense of community and caring from management and facilities maintenance really make living at The Beverly special!

The onsite manager Carrie was wonderful! She was kind and informative both in general and specific to my needs, and asked excellent questions. The community felt extremely welcoming and well kept by residence and the management team. Her follow up plan is proactive and I'm excited to keep in touch with her during my relocation plan.

Carrie was a terrific host! She was able to answer my questions thoroughly and fill in what I didn’t think to ask. She made the tour comfortable and led me through the paperwork nicely.

After living at The Beverly for 3 years, it still feels like an old fashioned neighborhood and provides a quiet, friendly home life. I have large windows and a glass front door which provides awesome light for my plants but I’ve hung a curtain over the glass door since it’s opposite my bathroom. The curtain helps keep heat in during the winter. The metal transition under the door freezes in cold temperatures, leading to water that needs to be wiped up to avoid floor damage charges. The bathroom has built in storage and a heat lamp. Air conditioning is crucial for rooftop apartments surrounded by cement pavers, but unfortunately, it only cools the living room/kitchen area, leaving the bedroom reliant on radiant heat. My washer was fixed quickly so I could resume my washing. interaction with Jim was clear and pleasant
