The Berkeley at Medford Pointe

I will recommended the Berkeley to anyone looking for a caring community that has amazing staff as well as luxury amenities. The pool and gym make living here fun, while the gate and staff make it comfortable and safe. Maintenance requests are quickly attended to by caring and polite staff. The leasing agents get back to you in a timely manner and care about your needs. I have to give a shoutout to the leasing manager, Tori, she goes above and beyond for her staff and tenants.

My daughter lives here and I want to applaud the management and maintenance personnel for taking complaints seriously. My daughter and several other people that live there expressed concern about dog poop all over the yards. Just now today I see that they have hired someone to clean up the property. My daughter appreciates the active approach to fixing the problem. And as her mother I am happy to know they listened to her and others and put together a plan to clean the place up and keep it a nice place for her to live.

I would definitely live here as the community is quiet and clean. The gym is convenient and the big grassy field is great for walking your dog. The dog park is big, with all the amenities you could ask for including benches and tables with umbrellas, trees, water bowls, water hose, etc. Maintenance does a good job of taking care of buildings by pressure washing and I like that there are speed bumps around because this helps ensure safety. I also like the location where you can easily walk around outside and go for a stroll off of the property.

I’ve lived at the Berkeley for about 3 years now. I’ve enjoyed the amenities and the events they have. The staff is always friendly and respectful whenever I have a question. Also, the maintenance crew is awesome having completed all of my requests with excellence! I would highly recommend to live here!

My boyfriend and I have been living here going on about two years, and we love it. The apartments are spacious , staff is nice, helpful and attentive. This is by far the best and cleanest apartment I’ve stayed at.
