The Belmont

I’ve lived in here for a total of 9 months and at first everything was sounded great but throughout the months everything went downhill . The complex is always dirty . There’s homeless individuals always entering the area and dumpster diving and creating a mess . The apartment hallways are always dirty and smelly . And the laundry room machines never work . I’ve been trying to get a garage to avoid any break ins toward my vehicle but it’s hard to get in contact with management even though I was promised one since the beginning of my lease . I’m falling towards the end of my yearly lease and I still havnt gotten one even though Ive contacted management every month and get promised one everytime I call their excuses are the remotes don’t work or the garages need cleaning . Apartments are remodeled in unit and look very nice, but hallways and common areas could be better kept. People don’t clean up after their animals and leave trash in the hallways once in a while. Multiple residents including myself have had vehicles and garages broken into and vehicles stolen in the parking lot here so I’d say the beauty of the brand new kitchens aren’t worth losing your vehicle or valuable items to thieves. Management is new so hopefully they’re coming up with a solution to this problem but until then I wouldn’t recommend moving into these apartments!! I wish someone would’ve told me beforehand so here’s your heads up!

Management has been terrible, doesn’t care about the residents and will take weeks to months to fix necessities.

Units are very nice, management is absolutely terrible!
