The Beeker

My experience with moving into the Beeker truly could not have been better. Laura Burns was so helpful and was very transparent in her communication, making the entire process painless and efficient. So far, the building has been quiet and extremely clean. I really appreciate all the safety measures taken within the Beeker as they give me a good sense of security. I’m very happy to be here!

Lived here 2 years. Good location, close to lots of fun restaurants & bars but the intersection (5th & Summit) can be loud at all hours of the day and night. This didn’t bother me but be aware if noise bothers you. (Sirens/loud cars/people yelling etc) Rooftop patio is nice. Wish there was a pool or gym though. Price is comparable to all others around. Underground parking garage door is frequently broken. Meaning u will have covered but unsecured parking. This was my biggest complaint! Also frequent fire alarm testing is annoying. Oh, and no good guest parking areas. However maintenance & leasing office people are very nice and quick to respond to any concerns.

My 23 year old daughter lives at The Beeker. My first concern was safety, and I would say this building is extremely safe in its procedures. We toured it with Laura and were very happy and decided to lease for a year. There was an unfortunate situation that happened and I contacted Laura at the leasing office and she helped me with the situation. I was very grateful for her help. I’m not sure this Would happen at all apartment buildings. The location is great. My daughter had a small maintenance problem, and it was addressed quickly. Building is very clean. All the common areas are well cared for. People seem very nice going in and out. Parking is great! All in all it’s been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend!

Every single time I go into my bathroom to use it someone in what sounds like the apartment above me knocks twice on the wall. I mean it's EVERY SINGLE TIME. It creeps me out. I really really do not want to say or believe there's some sort of camera hidden somewhere or a peep hole because that just simply sounds crazy. However, what else am I supposed to conclude? Yet the creepiest thing is when my name is chanted randomly from the apartment above. I have confronted the guy who lives in the apartment above me about the knocking and he told me it's coming from the apartment above him. That makes absolutely no sense considering I clearly hear it directly above my apartment. I've had multiple items stolen from my apartment including an expensive $1000 iPhone 15 pro max which had my bank accou

Since I’ve moved in - there has been nothing but problems with the leasing office ANY time I reached out for assistance. They have had quite a few employees pass through the leasing office this past year, and they seem to only be holding on to the most incompetent employees. I have been given nothing but attitude, been lied to, and completely ignored at times. Please be wise about renting here, for example - we pay for an underground parking garage spot, quite a substantial fee at that. The garage door breaks all the time, and unexpectedly. The last time this happened my truck got broken into. They broke parts of my vehicle and stole all personal items. When I reached out to the leasing team, I was told that they could not access their security cam system & that they would reach back out
