The Bay House Apartment Homes

I’ve had a great experience living at The Bay House Apartment Homes. From the very beginning, the leasing staff and management have been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the move-in process smooth and were always available to answer questions. The community itself is quiet and well kept, and I really appreciate the value for the price compared to other apartments in the area. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the team does their best to make residents feel comfortable and taken care of.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. ZERO STARS. Brittany in the office is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to communicate respectfully and reasonably. I have a child and that does not matter enough to them to fix our broken appliances which have been out since NOVEMBER. @Better World LLC needs to hire people who care about their tenants and doesn’t retaliate against them. I promise you there are better places to live in the area than this slum. Editing to add: they are now interacting with me in a hostile manner after I was the one escorted out of the office on 2/16/26 for asking for answers in a calm demeanor. Where I was told they did not have any answers, then told things would be fixed 2/17/26, and to leave if I wanted to pursue further action and still would not tell me why they couldn’t

The change with the new management has been truly life-changing. For a long time, living here was stressful and discouraging, and the previous management made me feel so unheard that I honestly considered moving out. Since the new management took over, everything has changed. They genuinely care, they listen, and they take real action to fix problems instead of ignoring them. Because of their effort and compassion, our living conditions have improved so much, and this community finally feels like home again. I’m incredibly thankful for the dedication and care they’ve shown to us as residents.

Living here has been consistently frustrating due to widespread management and maintenance failures that rarely get properly resolved. Problems repeat, communication is inconsistent, and residents are often forced to follow up multiple times just to address basic living conditions. Since December 4th, when new “management” took over, conditions have noticeably worsened. Many residents attempting to discuss ongoing issues have been met with dismissive, unprofessional, and openly rude behavior instead of solutions.
