Property manager is so nice, very accessible. We went in and spoke with her and she gave us her direct line, I will say if you want to talk to her please go in during business hours and ask for her business line. She helped us so much with the whole application process, was so kind, and went out of her way to help our move in process. They have a weekly cleaning service and trash and recycling chutes on every floor. The front door system is also great:)

I am looking to relocate and start a new chapter in my life, so I saw this newly well constructed apartment online. I visited the site to check out the area and location, which checked out fine. Then I called and spoke with Gibelly the Property Manager. She greeted and kindly set up an appointment to tour the property. She also texted me the website and criteria. When I showed up for the tour, she once again kindly greeted me and introduce herself. We toured just about every floor plan available and also the recreational room, garage and the roof top lounge which has panoramic views. I was impressed with it all. The apartments have everything advertised and are super sleek and freshly brand new. I enjoyed the tour and the kind, thorough, patient and professional customer service Gibelly

Ok building but no dog area or amenities and no parking -move here if u want to park on the street

I recently toured this place and absolutely loved it. It feels like home and the manager gibelly makes sure you are well informed throughout the whole process. Gibelly is very nice and funny haha, it is too early for me for apply at the moment but i will definitely be back. I look forward to calling this place home in the future🤍🤍
