Chante was ABSOLUTELY a pleasure to accommodate all our needs. She is very Polite & informative of all my needs. When I couldn’t find NO WHERE else I feel so lucky to have met her and got a better apartment then what I had originally been looking for. If you’re looking in the area I HIGHLY recommend for you to ask for chante Would rate 10stars if I could, EXTREMELY HAPPY with my service
Chante gave me a wonderful tour and welcomed me with grace. It was a beautiful sunny day, since i didn't bring my car she gave me a ride to the property and gave me as much time as i needed to get photos and videos. I can't wait to see what living here is like.
Chante went above and beyond customers service, she made me feel like I am already home. Asked whether I needed water as soon as I stepped in the leasing office. Her demeanor was special and her broad smies every time you asked even the critical questions about the property. She's a plus.
Our tour guide Ms. Chante Sadler, was just what we needed, she is very much top tier! Her knowledge and patience is 10/10. I have to say she has made this nerve wracking process very much comfortable, such an amazing tour, THANK YOU Ms. Sadler for your time, it was great viewing the apartments with you!
I live here since 2015 I have never ever ever had issue with maintenance people.. I seen all diverse people the past 10 years I have never get this disrespected before.. I called for closet doors to be fixed they said it’s not emergency put it on portal I did nobody showed up for two days and I called to just speak with office people nobody answered so I had to put it in emergency this guy came and banged my door when I open the door he said “what is your emergency” I told him it’s not emergency but I had left a voicemail he yelled at me saying that’s not emergency you no put voicemail he barely speak English I said you’re so disrespectful I’ll go to the office.. I did I went there and they sent me another guy but over all lately I have getting late rent notice even if I paid rent on time
