I've lived at the barn for 9 years now and it was an awesome place when I moved in but management changed hands is still advanced housing but this new people running it the counselors here are awesome very very awesome! However the building management the CEO the board wall in teterboro or not they do not care about us they do not do preventative maintenance things are constantly breaking it takes forever to get things fixed twice within a year's time we've been without heater hot water for 14 days because they don't want to do the proper maintenance on the boiler we've called the news we've called senators we've tried everything and they don't care we have no backup generator so if the power goes out we have no fire alarm system we have no sprinkler system we have no running water to flus
Management shows no caring or compassion toward tenants. They are also rude, mannerless, & uninformed. No stars for The Barn.
