The Banks at Berkley

Please read the other reviews they are correct!! No number of emails, calling and voicemails would reach them. They at least one apartment available on any apartment website like rent.com or Zillow. Yet no one has gotten back to me or even answer. I emailed them numerous of time and still nothing. I honestly think this is a scam to create traction to the Woda website. And guess what none of their other properties are leasing either. Or they won't ever get back to you.

Scam...? Always listed as available on other sites, always just says contact for availability on their website. They never reply. Interesting how there isn't a single review from someone who's lived here, just reviews about this experience.

I’ve reached out to this business on behalf of relative and left a message but haven’t received any call back or response. Their website currently lists 2-bedroom units available, with rents and deposits ranging from $566 to $785. Are these units really available, or is this some kind of scam?

Don't even bother. They will leave up advertismemts on all of the apartment rental websites, but wont answer any emails or phone calls. The corporate company that owns the complex wont even respond to emails. And you cant just show up to talk to someone because their website clearly states theyre by appointment only. How do you make an appointment if noone will speak to you? Hot garbage.

I have been trying to get in contact with these people email them call them left messages and no one has returned my phone call or my emails so it’s probably worthless trying to get into these apartments
