The Bammel Apartments

Hello!! As a Realtor, working with The Bammel Apartments staff was a pleasure. The front office, Robyn and Diana were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Both, Robyn and Diana took the time to answer any questions and went above and beyond to get my client approved and in a beautiful apartment. Diana took the time to help fill out the application and explain the process before getting approved and after. The place is beautiful, clean and welcoming. It was a pleasure working with both Robyn and Diana.

Stay away if you are afraid of mice and rodents. They move me in an apartment that wasn’t even properly clean. They claim the carpet was shampoo but I seen someone eye lashes in the carpet. The staff in the office will look you dead in your face and will lie. Maintenance team takes their time fixing things and I wish I would have never move from my old apartment. I don’t do mice and roaches. Please run away from this place. The building itself is poorly maintained and does not match what is advertised. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Great living experience overall! The community is modern, clean, and conveniently located near shopping and major roads. Staff has been friendly and maintenance is responsive. The amenities like the pool and gym are a big plus. Definitely a comfortable place to call home. Harmony Park Staff

I traveled from out of town to help my son move into his new apartment, but the experience quickly became disappointing. While the apartment itself is nice, it was clear that the previous tenants had left behind a roach issue. Despite our efforts to address it ourselves, the problem was significant enough that my son could not stay in the unit and had to check into a hotel while we waited for management to respond. No one should move into a unit that isn’t fully ready for occupancy, especially a newly rented apartment. Update!!! That said, I want to acknowledge and sincerely thank Robin, the property manager, who truly went above and beyond to correct the situation. This has truly been a great place to call home. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick, and the property is always kept clean. Robin , the property manager, always communicates well. It’s quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything I need. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful living environment.
