Currently a resident here for 6 months +. It just opened so all the rooms and the appliances are all brand new. It is very comfortable and centrally located. They have large windows so you can get a lot of natural light. It has a lovely pool and gym. The premises are clean and always smells nice. They also have a recreation room that you can rent for events. They just opened a vending machine for some essentials. A golf simulator room that is enjoyable. There are events on occasions like Christmas, new year, etc that residents can participate. Crystal, the property manager is very approachable and kind. Maintenance is quick to address the issue. I have been living here with my fiance since August 31st and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Cristal (the property manager), is very professional and very helpful. I admittedly have had to email her quite a bit, and she gets back to me almost immediately. I only had one interaction with Torri, the leasing agent, and she is extremely helpful as well. Maintenance’s turnaround time for work orders is almost immediate. Communication is on point. I’d say we receive at least one or two emails a week stating the clubhouse has been rented, work is coming to be done, or something is being installed. I greatly appreciate being kept in the loop. Love it here, beautiful property, amazing location. The best perk is the great staff, Cristal is amazing, huge asset to the property.
