The Bailey Apartments

I lived at this property for 15 months and overall had a very positive experience. The community is consistently quiet, well-maintained, and kept clean, which made it a peaceful place to call home. I want to give a special shout-out to the Service Manager, Hector. He is outstanding—always responsive, approachable, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to resolve any service issues quickly and effectively. His dedication and positive attitude really stand out and made a big difference during my time here. I’ll truly miss having such a reliable and effective team member on-site. Highly recommend this community, especially if you value great maintenance support.

I lived in this apartment for about three years. When I first moved in, my rent was affordable, but every year they started increasing it senselessly. When I moved out, it was rented by a different company, which was later bought by the current company. I want to tell you about a few experiences. My apartment is on the ground floor, and there was a huge insect problem in the building. Despite reporting it many times, they couldn't fix it. The second problem was that the apartment didn't heat up in the winter; the electricity bill was really high. I constantly had problems with the air conditioning, and it was difficult to cool the apartment in the summer as well. Despite all this, the air conditioner wasn't replaced. And sometimes, they would smash the windows of several cars in the parkin

Mr. Jalen Lea was absolutely a pleasure. He was very detailed about the location and amenities. He showed me my options and made me feel like I was already a new resident and at home. He made my apartment hunting experience fun and gave me hope for this new chapter in my life. He was very attentive to the other residents young and old. Thanks for all you do. A hopeful future resident.

The office staff at this complex are absolutely incredible. Ashley did our tour and has been the most helpful and friendly person ever since. She has listened to our issues and handled them accordingly. Knowing that Ashley and Jalen are both part of the staff gives us a great feeling of relief. They are relatable, understanding, and very kind.

I toured the Bailey Apartments recently with Jalen and had an amazing experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and charismatic. Touring with him made me want to move here in the future! He did an amazing job showing me what I was looking for, and I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family looking for places to live.
