The Aviator

I really appreciate all of the management and maintenance crew here at the Aviator. My hot water tank was giving me issues and they reset it and within a few days it went out again. Management made a informed decision and replaced the tank. Within 24-48 hours maintenance installed the new one. This was all done with compassion and understanding! -Thank you all:)

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at The Aviator. The community was well-kept and has great amenities. Maintenance was always super responsive on the rare occasion we needed them. Beautiful finishings in the apts. We moved out of state, but would've been happy to stay a while.

I honestly love everyone at aviator! From the maintenance crew to the office ladies! Always so helpful and quick to answer my questions and resolve my issues. I could not ask for a better property management overall. Very happy to be here and love that you all genuinely care and are so positive during any of our interactions!! Thank you for everything!

Overall a great place to live. It’s not perfect but I would say that my experience here over 3 years has been positive overall. The staff is friendly, has solid amenities….it shows that the management company and ownership cares to make a positive experience. Again, it’s not perfect as you will deal with typical apartment issues such as - neighbors that overly sensitive to noise, or loud cars, etc… but that’s expected to be honest. I’d highly recommend living here.
