The Averly East Village

It's the best apartment I've ever lived in - hands down. I live in a two story unit in the main building. I really like the materials and quality of the unit. There are many faux luxury apartments out there - Averly is the real deal. The natural sunlight and amenities are top notch. Cant beat the two story gym, insane pool area, or the dog park. The staff is very friendly and accommodating you can tell they care. Its not just interactions with me - they treat everyone with respect. I've noticed there has been 0 turnover since moving in 8 months ago. Ill definitely be renewing my lease.

Arianna and Tyler are AH-MAZING. They are so kind and acommodating, and make you feel truly welcomed. The application and leasing process was a breeze. This is the only complex in the area that I would suggest to anyone. All of the others are much older, not maintained properly, and insanely overpriced when compared to the Averly. They are completely on point when they say “upgraded lifestyle.” Definitely recommend making this your home if you’re in the market.

I recently toured The Averly East Village and was extremely impressed. It’s a gorgeous garden-style luxury community with multiple buildings, beautifully maintained grounds, and a calm, upscale feel. The pool and gym were standout amenities — both clean, modern, and clearly well cared for. A huge part of what made the tour so great was the team. Grace, the property manager, was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community. Ariana, the leasing agent, walked me through everything with patience and enthusiasm. She answered all my questions, pointed out thoughtful details about the apartments, and made the whole experience enjoyable.

I Deeply Regret Moving Here I wish I could give zero stars. I signed my lease online without seeing the unit in person — big mistake. On day one, I requested to change my unit (before even moving in) due to serious concerns. Despite the complex being barely half full, management was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Their exact words were basically: “You signed it, so suck it up.” Fine. I sucked it up. Then came the maintenance nightmare. I had SIX punch list items I reported repeatedly, and it took forever to get even basic fixes done — if at all. Management gave me attitude instead of help. This place has been amazing! After dealing with a nightmare at our previous apartment, we toured The Averly with Azuree, and she is truly amazing. She was honest, informative, and made us feel confident right away. We knew we wanted to apply as soon as the tour ended. We have been here for about a month now, and it has been great. Maintenance is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues, and communication has been excellent. We have also had the pleasure of meeting some of the other staff members, and they have all been friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We are so glad we found a safe and comfortable place to call home!
