BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY BUT NOISE CONCERNS CHANGED MY DECISIONS Averly Collins Hills in Lawrenceville is a very clean and modern community with a lot to love. The clubhouse, amenities, and apartment finishes truly stand out. The technology in the units is one of the best I’ve seen in Gwinnett County from controlling the AC, stove, and door lock to secure building access all from your phone. The floor plans are thoughtfully designed, and on my first tour I was genuinely excited and impressed. However, after returning for a second visit and taking a closer look, I realized some things that ultimately led me to choose not to lease here. My husband and I recently toured The Averly on Collins Hill, and it immediately moved to the number one spot on our list! Although our current lease doesn’t end until September, we were so impressed that we’re already planning ahead. The property is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Lina, who was excellent and truly exceeded our expectations. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience feel smooth and exciting rather than overwhelming. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping future residents find the right fit. We completely fell in love with the property, the apartments are incredibly spacious, even the one-bedroom layouts! Everything felt thoughtfully designed with comfort and functionality in mind

I had a great experience touring this apartment complex, and a big part of that was thanks to Lina. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the property and the leasing process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right place to call home. This visit definitely left a positive impression, and I’d highly recommend working with Lina if you’re considering the Averly!

I would highly recommend The Averly Collins Hill to anyone new to the area or searching for a new place to live. The apartments are very spacious, and the entire staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I worked most closely with the property manager, Becky, during my move-in process. She was extremely professional, punctual, kind, and patient. As a first-time renter, I had many questions, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, often going above and beyond to make the process easy to understand. Overall, my experience has been excellent, and I’m very happy with my decision to live here.

Huge shout out to Lina and the Averly Collins Hill leasing team. I moved in last week, but the process leading up to my move was smooth. Lina took her time with us on our tour and made us feel excited and heard. She is extremely knowledgable about the community which made me feel confident in choosing this complex. This is by far the most beautiful apartment I have lived in. The ammenities are also beautiful. I have friends begging to come with me to the gym! I am so grateful to be living here and even more grateful for the customer service and for Lina :)
