The Avenues at RTP

This apartment complex has extremely thin walls/floors you will constantly hear neighbors walking/talking. We had a noisy neighbor who we constantly had issues with and our complaints to the leasing office fell on deaf ears. They only offered a resolution when we decided not to renew our lease due to the constant issues. Other issues were the apartment living conditions, the ceiling began leaking and when maintenance came they told us it was from the rain blowing in through the vents … huh? The apartment was dirty when we moved in and had a strong animal odor which we later found old pet food under the bathroom sink. They said it’s nothing to worry about but the water was leaking directly on my tv. We paid our rent on time the whole 12 months, but when it was time to get our security depos

Have lived here 3 short months and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Maintenance work never gets completed efficiently & when they have known problems of unauthorized cars parked, they decide to tow residents cars instead. What a mistake I made to hurry up and move in here ! Don’t be like me! Photos displayed are black mold in doorway & a rush job completed 3 months after I moved in! Was unsatisfied with bite marks on my bathroom vanity when I walked through my apartment. It took them three months and this is what I was left with!

I moved here in March.. The office staff is polite and very professional. The Maintenance has answered all service requests in 24-48 hours.. Thank you so much for your assistance...The neighborhood is quiet and clean. This is a great place to move especially if you have pets. I love it here. Best decision I made.

I moved here (Durham,NC) from MD one month ago. My experience here has been AWESOME. Mission Triangle Point Apartments are beautiful and affordable. I really love my apartment! The neighborhood is very peaceful and my dealings with people have been very pleasant. My interactions with the leasing professionals have been AMAZING. Shout out to Mara and Cindy. They are absolutely lovely and very professional. Anything I may have needed, they were quick to assist me. When I came here all the way from Maryland, they were welcoming! I was a little late arriving to get the keys and Mara made sure I got settled. Cindy is so kind and helpful! I love the fact that the leasing office engages with the community. Unfortunately because I was on a diet, I couldn’t take full advantage of all the free food

I am a long time resident of this community. I would like to say thank you to the young ladies who are now the new Property Manager and Assistant Leasing Manager. They are very professional, polite, and willing to assist with any concerns. Also the maintenance staff, John and the other young man(I forgot his name) who are very knowledgeable and prompt with any issues when taking care of the community.
