Beautiful apartment complex rent is fairly reasonable however, like many other properties in Philadelphia leasing offices (owners) are NOT following the new renters law which prohibits property owners to charge 3 months of upfront move in cost ALL potential tenants must be given the option to pay the moving cost in 3 installments first month rent is only required to move in (bill no.250044-A) these big management companies need to be made to follow the law. Hard to access. You may go to the road-facing entrance and find it locked and messages sending you to an entrance nearer the corner on the ramp. Even then, the chance of entry without a resident card is unlikely as floor staff are rarely there and rarely helpful. Access beyond the foyer is also difficult, high card reader (not helpful if you are in a wheel chair) and very stiff sprung doors that are hard to open and navigate through, especially with bags etc. The elevators are old, slow and rarely very clean. Corridors are mostly poorly lit, not helping one to feel safe. Never any sign of security staff either.

Leemarie Deluca is the best. She makes you feel welcome, and she's very knowledgeable. If you don't leave the avenue wanting to live there after speaking with her, then you're at the wrong place. I myself am hoping to become a tenant.

It’s a horrible place to live…. All four tires and rims of my son’s car were stolen few weeks back from the paid parking lot on the premises. Management didn’t do anything about it. We had to tow the car as AAA refused to do anything as if all four tires are missing it falls under recovery. That was such a headache and car was finally fixed after three weeks of struggle. Not only that when car was fixed and my son took it again and parked in the same so called parking on the site that we pay every month, his car got stolen…UNBELIEVABLE.. he came down to go to the university but car was missing. Police took the footage and found out someone stole his car at 5am. My question is what kind of security and safety The Avenue offer??. How could they do that to their residents and don’t take any r

Place is a landfill. Management just allows their parking lots to be to be vandalized and when your car gets broken into, you will hear “idk what you want me to do about it”. CEO of the building just cares about a check. Don’t live here. Update: I unfortunately still live here. Cannot wait until my lease is up. Will not be renewing. I advise anyone else to not renew as well.
