I love where I stay at everything inside of my place looks great Mrs.Theresa did a great Job on everything and I want to say I truly appreciate her so very much.

Wonderful experience, it was an easy & smooth process. I love my apartment. Ms. Theresa is awesome, very sweet & is always very responsive!

I stayed there with a friend during covid they have a very severe roach problem. No one picks up after their dog and the whole yard is filled with dog feces fleas and smells to high heaven.

If you like roaches and danger then this is the place for you. Edit: The people who work on site at the complex are very helpful, but there are some issues with how the OWNERS care for the property. My biggest issue is the infestation of roaches. These German roaches are a nuisance to the point that I have to refrigerate most of my food. My next concern are the outdoor lights that are out. Theses lights illuminate the walk ways to the apartment doors. I feel it is a safety hazard to walk into the dark to get to your apartment. Although the complex is relatively quiet, sometimes there are people hanging out and drinking in the parking lot. I believe that Cindy and Angela whom are the office personnel are trying their best. Thank you ladies for always responding with a sense of urgency!
