The Avant at Reston Town Center

My husband, dog and I love living here. We feel super safe and are always greeted with smiles by any staff member we come in contact with. Just wanted to give a quick shout out to KG who is one of the concierges that works at the front desk. He alone is enough of a reason for us to re-sign our lease here. His energetic personality, kind and friendly demeanor never fail to make my day! Thanks KB and The Avant Staff 😊

Ive been extremely pleased with the Avant! The staff has been kind and accommodating, and my unit has been comfortable and quiet. I would also absolutely recommend this building and the area to any young professionals.

I have only lived at The Avant since August, but am fully satisfied with my experience. Others have mentioned the comfortably-sized rooms in the light-filled apartments, the beautiful views, the easy access to major airports and the incredible restaurant scene. We had looked at several apartment complexes before choosing this one, but though The Avant is older than others, it offers everything we needed. I would like to mention the staff here at Avant. Kaitlyn, Monie and Patrick in the head office, who, though professional, are always helpful and go out of their way to resolve issues. The maintenance team, especially Rodrigo, who respond quickly to emergency calls, and fix problems. Last but not least, the team of concierges who, even when submerged by piles of boxes, welcome us each day

As a resident who has lived here for multiple years I can honestly say that the Avant has met AND exceeded my expectations for my rental experience. Not only are the personnel friendly and helpful, but Maintenance goes above and beyond to attend to any needs. I warmly recommend the Avant.

I highly recommend the Avant apartments. The apartments are very nice inside and the common areas are beautiful and well maintained, but what really set them apart from me after living there for several years is that the management was super friendly and amazingly responsive and efficient. Usually when we would report something wrong, someone would show up within hours. I looked at all the apartments around Reston town center. I really liked Harrison, especially because they have a Olympic sized lap pool, but it was a little too far away from town center. Cosmopolitan was a little dated, so I liked the style of the apartments and building better at the Avant. The building I liked next best was Signature, which were really nice, but they were quite a bit more expensive. Also, after talking
