The Austin Townhomes

I lived at The Austin for about 2 years and it was by far my favorite place I ever rented. A townhome is truly a step up from apartment living. It had great natural light, and I loved being able to open my windows to get a cross breeze on nice days. I never heard my neighbors, and not having to worry about having neighbors below or above you was so nice! The 2 car garage meant plenty of space to keep our vehicles secure and have extra storage. The pool and hot tub are huge! And the gym is really well equipped with brand new equipment. I never would have left except my partner and I broke up so it didn't make sense for me financially anymore, but if given the opportunity I would move back in a heart beat! We have enjoyed living at the Austin townhomes for about a month and are very satisfied with our experience here. Abby was instrumental in our decision to move here and has made settling in easy. We find this complex the most luxurious we've lived at, with great amenities like a gym that almost replaces my EOS membership and a beautiful pool and hot tub. The 2-car garage with room for storage, two walk-in closets, and 2.5 bathrooms (including a dual-sink primary bath) are our favorite features. Amanda has also been super helpful with any maintenance requests we have dealt with when moving in, and has helped them get resolved quickly. We’ve lived here for a couple of months now and it’s been a great experience! I brought up a maintenance concern while I went to the office regarding a different question and they immediately sent a maintenance person to come over to check out the issue—and it was towards the end of the business day! (Thank you for taking care of that so quickly!!) The people who work in the office are super nice, too—Abby has taken great care of us! We’ve met some neighbors over the course of our time here and they have all been very kind individuals (usually with fun dogs!) Very glad we chose to live here :)

Had we not moved to Washington state, we would still be living here! We loved everything about living here. Maintenance requests were timely, Jason was extremely helpful with any issues or concerns and the floor plan was perfect for us, spacious and plenty of storage. Would highly recommend!

Love the townhome I got. They have the best leasing agent ever there. Her name is Abby and she was super helpful showed us a bunch of different units. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured just all around great experience
