I’ve lived here since the community first opened and have had a great experience. The office staff and maintenance team are always helpful whenever I need anything. It’s really nice to have a front office and maintenance staff that are responsive and willing to help. They address things quickly and make living here easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate everything they do for the residents.

Management and maintenance have been absolutely fantastic. Everyone is always friendly and happy to help. They’ve done an excellent job handling the massive amount of snow, from consistently having the plow company out during storms to salting the grounds and clearing parking spaces afterward. I couldn’t be happier and am truly pleased with everyone’s teamwork and dedication to getting the job done for us residents. Thank you!

The Atwater Maintenance Team has been very prompt and professional when working maintenance requests we submitted during our time as residents here. Franklin has worked on a few different requests for me and my wife. He’s always been friendly, polite, and helpful when servicing our unit. Thank you team for all of your help and support!

“Luxury living” is what they tell you. However, you’re over paying for a decent apartment and a mediocre management. I was a resident from 08/23-09/24. Upon arriving to the Atwater, things seemed nice until you can smell the sewage from the river and lack of management. Our dishwasher was leaking water, it took 3 services tickets for facilities to realize that there was a fault in the installation and that took another 2 weeks to get repaired. There was heavy winds and one of the fence partitions fell. That took 3-4 MONTHS to be replaced/repaired (management thought yellow caution tape would keep away non-residents). The Atwater complex is new and modern, but it can get overwhelming and unbearable to keep up with their high rent ($3300- $3500), which increases by $100 every year you live there. Very tiny units, master bedroom only fits one king size bed, with no lights in the bedrooms. Dog barking, loud train noise a few times a day. First you pay for your rent, then you pay for water, renter’s insurance, gas, electricity, internet. Third, you will pay $75 monthly for your parking (it’s not an assigned parking spot, whatever is available on a first come, first served basis) and $500 annually for the gym and pool, even if you never use them. The option is not given. A lot of times when you come home later at night, there will be no parking available, and if you park in the reserved parking spot because
