Just moved in! The amenities are excellent! Super clean & neat laundry rooms on every floor. Exercise room & Business center. Private parking in garage for residents(fee for service) & concierge to receive your packages or send items to the dry cleaners. There's even a theater & club room! Gorgeous 10 ft high ceilings and large windows. Very close to Lexington Market which is currently being improved.
I been living at the Atrium since December 2020 and it's been fantastic. The staff from front desk, management Mrs Kinyatta, maintenance, etc at the Atrium have been great. I made the switch from NYC to Inner Harbor/Downtown Baltimore area because the rents in NYC are over $2000 a month for a studio, and you don't get the amenities that you get at the Atrium including onsite gym, computer/study room and storage closet available. The neighborhood has Camden Yards home of the Baltimore Orioles 3 blocks away, further down is MT & T Bank Stadium home of the Baltimore Ravens. The Inner Harbor Marina area is like NYC Pier 17 in Lower Manhattan. Transportation is excellent, local buses 65, 94, 73, 75 in the area, light rail and Lexington train stop one block away, Amtrak and Greyhound/Peter Pan B
I just moved to the Atruim in Mid-June and I love it - not one complaint. Kinyatta - is the absolute best. It’s Downtown so expect the usual goings on - mind your business and you’ll be fine. The amenities are to die for and ALL UTILITIES are included - welcome home!
The Atrium is in Baltimore City and it was very clean well-organized and the folks that worked there were very nice and we're great at their job
