The professionalism and kindness shown by management, particularly Lauren, Payton and their team, deserve special recognition. We ran into several unexpected challenges such as lost luggage, significant flight delays, and a very late arrival), and they were remarkably understanding and accommodating of our situation. They not only made the late check-in easy but showed genuine care by calling afterward to see how we were doing and helping us navigate our adjustment to the building. The small details, like the beautiful succulent left for us upon moving in, confirm their commitment to residents. Fantastic welcome and client service all around. 💜

We’ve been living here since they set it up, and it’s very comfortable and quiet. No serious complaints since we’ve moved in and the staff are responsive to concerns. The only part I don’t love is the payment processor they use for the laundry rooms (CSC), but whatcha gonna do?

It is a great place to stay. Nice neighbors and very good management. Highly recommended!

Be careful SCAMMERS/SCAMMERS/SCAMMERS They didn’t give me my security deposit back which they owe me 955$ they didn’t give me the money back after I told them to give it to me as a check they said ok and then they sent it to an account which I don’t have and I didn’t even provide. They said I did provide it but literally the site didn’t even ask about card information at all!!!! And the communication is soooo poor they don’t answer and all the time voice mails which they never get back to me at all even after weeks. I went for the office 3 times and no one there to help and every time they give me an email and a number to call and still no one to help They transfer me all the time and goes to a dead end This is insane and it’s the worst management I’ve ever dealt with in my life If real

It was very nice the kids have a lot of fun and I enjoyed watching them have a good time thank you very much
