I can’t say enough good things about The Atlas Apartments! From the moment we stepped into the office, Jessica and Juan made the entire experience wonderful. Jessica is incredibly upbeat and so genuinely helpful—she answers every question with a smile and really listens. Juan was the one who personally showed us the apartment and walked us around the beautiful grounds. Both of them went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. As a mom, it meant the world to me to see how much they truly care about the residents. I left feeling completely confident that my daughter would be in excellent hands here. While applying for my new home i found that she was sincerely helpful and reassuring, she not only answered every question, she listened & was quick to walk me through them. Jessica is an angel. She was beyond helpful and went the extra mile for my son and I. If you need something she is your girl! I cannot express enough how helpful she was, and compassionate to my situation. She is an absolutely wonderful manager. If you’re thinking about moving here, you absolutely should. She truly cares about her tenants and makes you feel valued, not just like another renter. One thing I appreciate most is how accommodating she’s been with my animals. She’s never once had an issue with any of them as long as I’ve provided the proper ESA letters, and that means so much to me and my family.
