The Atlas Apartments

We love our downtown apartment! Our space is comfortable and feels like a home more than an apartment. The staff are friendly and quick to provide support when needed. The amount of care and attention given to our shared spaces is top notch. We love our space and the ability to be so close to downtown activities. Not to mention having the best access to beautiful sunsets every evening. We can walk to breweries, ballparks, arenas, theaters, and restaurants. We highly recommend The Atlas if you are looking for a new place to call home.

I am absolutely over the moon happy with this apartment building. I had to move for work very short notice, and William was more than amazing helping me get exactly where I needed to be a week after chatting on the phone. The apartments are beautiful and full of natural light. There is a four mile trail I love to run just .25 miles from the door of the Atlas and a wonderful gym across the street if that’s your thing. I already feel at home only living here a few days. You’re met with a warm welcome and happy people every time you walk through the beautiful lobby. Would recommend to anyone.

Very happy to live here. They’ve politely resolved the few issues that I’ve had since moving in. The management are very nice people and very easy to work with.

I toured several apartment buildings in the downtown area and I'm so happy I chose the Atlas. William is fantastic and has helped make my transition to Columbus better than expected! We absolutely love the Atlas. We have lived in several apartments downtown, and this is by far the best deal with the parking being so reasonable. We love our big windows and how we have never heard any noise from our neighbors. The leasing agent, William, is so friendly and helpful! He seems to be running the entire building flawlessly! We love it here!
