DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I’m leaving a 1-star review because of how poorly this apartment complex handled something that directly impacted my credit score. I moved out at the end of last year and paid everything owed. At the time, I was told that my account was settled and that everything on my end was good. I was a reliable tenant during my time there and left the unit in good condition upon move out. I never had a late payment and always paid my rent and bills on time. Months after moving, I discovered a negative mark on my credit report from a collections agency for less than $200. This was the first time I had ever heard that I supposedly owed anything. Atlantic Howell is one of the most relaxing places to live. Maintenance is always quick and on top of anything that’s needed. The grounds are clean and well-kept. Last but not least, they have an amazing dog park and tennis courts that I use frequently. I highly recommend living here.

Incredibly difficult leasing policy. We have one person giving us information and another denying that information was ever viable at all. Literally "No one at our office would ever say that" despite the fact that they did. Very wishy washy and many people with a habit of telling lies that, when confronted, managers simply said "No that's not real." Spent 600$ on application fees with unclear policies. Save yourself the effort and go somewhere else. 100$ an app + 200$ to reserve the unit is insane. Peggy is an unmovable object and eager to interrupt and answer your questions before you've even finished asking. But the pool is nice I guess.
