Hello. First of all, I want to congratulate everyone on the excellent work being done in the community. I've been living here for a while now, and I've never seen so many improvements, both in service orders and in cleanliness. The pool looks fantastic; the leadership is evident. I don't remember his name, but I think it's Jose. He's always professional and kind. And I mustn't forget the office staff, specifically Elvia, who is always willing to help and has a great attitude. I can't say the same about a young man, I think his name is Yair, the manager, or at least that's what he said when he was disrespectful to me. If I could leave **negative 999,999 stars**, I would. This place is a complete nightmare and the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, and yes I'm talking about The Athena at 10101 Forum Park Dr. Houston, TX 77036.. incase they try to say this review was for a different apartment complex. To start, the overall vibe of this place is very ghetto and trashy, the entire complex is dirty and has dog poop everywhere, the valet trash you're forced to pay for never even comes and the neighbors and residents pretty much all look really sketchy and like drug addicts and not trustworthy. I was impressed by my experience looking for an apartment in this community, which I really liked because it looks nice and interesting. The bad thing is that I felt discriminated against because of my tattoos. At least I had that feeling when I saw the look on the face of the young man who helped me. He said they didn't have anything available; his reaction wasn't professional. Tattoos don't define who you are, and nobody should be judged.

Ms. Elvia and Yahir are an outstanding duo ' needs are met with efficiency and kindness. Ms. Elvia is truly exceptional; if I ever have questions or concerns, she addresses them immediately and effectively. She maintains an ever-present, welcoming demeanor and displays commendable patience with me as a senior resident. Yahir also consistently provides excellent service and maintains a positive, helpful attitude. Their combined effort contributes greatly to the community's positive atmosphere.

The staff here is wonderful mr Antwon very nice well spoken to me and I want to say thank you . Ms Elvia wow if I have any questions and concerns she’s on it . Always smile and have patience with me as being a senior and very well spoken to. Also I can’t forget the Matinence staff they will come in a fix things that may need fixed but for me not much but it’s good to see this team works together no drama just see them working together is wonderful I thank you all I appreciate you all
