I like my apartment itself, but the poor upkeep of the property is the reason I will not be renewing my lease. The dumpster area is consistently neglected. Large items like furniture and appliances sit for weeks, even though the leasing office says they've hired a company to remove them. They claim we must "wait until the company can come," but there's no regular schedule - pickups seem to happen whenever they feel like it. On one occasion, I even had to call attention to a homeless person sleeping on furniture by the dumpsters. The police had to be called to remove him, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. Had a great time at trivia night yesterday — it was genuinely fun and well organized. Cameron was an excellent host and kept the energy up the whole evening. I’ll definitely be attending more of these events from now on!

I went on a tour here with Kolton and had a great experience. He was able to take us in as walk-ins and was very welcoming. He thoroughly researched multiple apartments and was very considerate of my price points and preferences. I really appreciated his helpfulness and attention to detail throughout the process. The apartments and amenities were very nice and at a fair price point.

It’s a 5 not for the apartment… but a 5 because I am close to work, restaurants, groceries, and the train. The most concerning issue is the management's response to maintenance requests, which can take months or even years to address despite repeated requests. Additionally, the results of maintenance attempts are sometimes subpar, as evidenced by the sink separation issue I experienced. It took months, repeated ignored requests, and a contractor visit to fix it. I was washing dishes in a bathtub for over six months. I had a tour with MK yesterday and she was super knowledgeable about the apartment building and super friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions and was pleasant be around. So excited about my new home!
