Even though I haven’t officially moved in yet, I’m giving The Ashton at East Park 5 stars! From the very beginning, Rett (spl) who o think was a manager…was absolutely amazing. He was professional, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a warm atmosphere. I already felt at home just walking through and interacting with the team. If this is how they treat you before you move in, I can only imagine how great it is to be a resident.

The apartments inside are nice, considering they're almost new, they're only a couple of years old, but otherwise this building is extremely dirty, the dirtiest building I've ever seen since I've lived in the United States, and to think that I'm still relatively new, considering it's only a couple of years old!! I can't imagine what they'll be like in a while, since they're already in this condition now.
