I just moved out of the Ashley a few weeks ago after living there for 12 months. My job relocated me to the west coast, but I would have stayed. It was a great place to call home. Pros and cons- Pros: - Great location in Arlington next to the mall, grocery, and Metro station - Lots of good food nearby - Has plenty of green space surrounding the building. Feels like a campus - Best rent prices per square foot in the area - Staff is always super friendly. The 24hr concierge is always available and would greet me in the mornings and afternoons - Package room was secure and I never had anything lost or stolen - Access to two 24hr gyms and two large swimming pools - Great views from the higher level apartments - lots of fun community/neighborhood events all year - clean apartment building - sa

We had a great experience working with Mariam at Ashley RiverHouse. She helped me and my roommates throughout the entire leasing process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Mariam was patient, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions — no matter how small. She explained every step clearly and made sure we felt comfortable and informed before making decisions. Moving can be overwhelming, but her support and professionalism made a huge difference for us. We’re really grateful for all the help she gave and would definitely recommend working with her if you’re looking for a place at Ashley RiverHouse.

I'm a delivery driver that frequents The Ashley at least 3 times a week on occasion several times a day. I can't help but to mention the gentleman at the front desk (I think his name is Dionte) but everyone knows him by "Good morning, Good morning" guy. His morale is truly unmatched as I've never seen him have a bad day (if so, he hides it well) I've seen him go out of his way to help the residents of your building without flinching. I've been to plenty of residential properties and none can stand up to your front desk staff. I hope this recognition gets back to him.

I’m writing this review after we moved out. We lived in the Ashley building on the 10th floor for 13 months. It was our very first apartment, and we had a great experience. If you like city life and nightlife, go for the Riverhouse. If you want quick access to shopping(Costco, Target, Harris Teeter, Walgreens, and even ABC)and malls(Pentagon City Fashion Center) just a few minutes walking, choose the Riverhouse. If you enjoy many events in your neighborhood, go to the Riverhouse. If you need easy public transportation, this is the place. About 10 minutes drive to Gravely point park and Theodore Roosevelt Island. The sundeck is awesome for relaxing at night or on weekends—it has a great view of the monuments, and the 4th of July fireworks are something you don’t want to miss. Maint

RiverHouse consists of three large apartment complex towers and spans a huge acreage of what looks like some sort of private nature preserve. This is also a very old complex and therefore has age and maintenance issues that you can expect. Additionally due to the size of these complexes there are a lot of people who live here meaning the amenities and common areas can sometimes see high usage. However, back to the outdoor space. I think you would be hard-pressed to find a more expensive, well-kept, and beautiful preserve and plain outdoor space. Despite the population density here I always felt like I could leave my apartment and go for a relaxing walk amongst nature instantly which was always a great benefit to living here. Additionally, the amenities are actually pretty good (and that is
