The Front Office is not responsive to incorrect billing charges for Residents. I have been incorrectly charged $16 a month since June 2025 for not having renter's insurance, when I have emailed extensive documentation to the Leasing Manager several times over the past 3 months showing that my renter's insurance has never lapsed and has always been paid current and remains active. I have left several voicemails as well, none of which have been responded to, or the issue addressed, and been refunded accordingly. As a Resident that has always paid my rent on-time (even while being incorrectly charged this fee), I am having to resort to posting a ‘Google Review’ for them to address the incorrect charge, especially since it has occurred again this month. Haven't even got to move in and annoyed that the leaseing office didn't have the decency to check the apartment before tryin to move in a tenant knowing that there are roaches crawling around and the bathroom sink in the master bedroom was damaged. It's very careless of the team and mention to them that I want a refund for my administration fee. I was told I couldn't get a refund it's very disappointing!!

UPDATE: it’s Monday and now been OVER 72 hours since my initial request on Friday and my AC still does not work properly. 2 people have looked at it. The first one said it was just a clog. Said he fixed it. Got home today and imagine my shock when once again I realized it was nearly 80 degrees in my apartment. I called and the office had already forwarded phones, so I booked it back to the from office and caught a group of maintenance guys. One of them came by and told me there was nothing he could do because it was frozen?!? (How did the first guy miss that?) No apologies for the MASSIVE inconvenience. I had a great experience when applying and letting my keys thank you Alix ! However, It has only been 12 days since I moved in and I already have water damage in my bedroom. Maintenance has had to leave an air blower plugged into the room for almost a week. I still have not assembled my bed or fully moved in yet because of that. I have not moved any furniture into my unit yet and already see the floors lifting, denting, and peeling even tho they were changed before I moved in. That’s another reason as to why I am hesitant on bringing in more furniture.
