The Ashborough Apartments

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex due to multiple maintenance/appliance issues during my two years. However, I do want to recognize Tyler Monroe, the Assistant Community Manager. He was always calm, understanding, and genuinely helpful. No matter what came up, he consistently tried to find solutions and made a frustrating experience much more manageable. I truly appreciated his professionalism and support throughout everything.

I had to wait for a while after requesting oven maintenance, but once I met Inayat, everything was handled quickly. He was very kind, professional, and reliable. I truly appreciated his prompt service and trustworthiness.

Excellent service by Mr. Inayath and Mr. Samad. They handled the leaking maintenance work very professionally and efficiently. The issue was fixed properly, and they were courteous and knowledgeable throughout the job. Highly appreciate their dedication and quality of work.

**1st Update Update: After posting my Google review management contacted me about providing a video. I have so many I decided to post a few on since I couldn't email them. ***It is a nice community but kind of old. Nice spacious units. However I have had problems since moving in. Little ones but nonetheless problems. Recently the noise is unbearable especially when I have to get up early for work. My upstairs neighbors are so inconsiderate.THE CONSTANT STOMPING and dragging stuff across the floor back and forth!!!! It is enough to drive anyone crazy. I have videos that I took. It is so loud it sounds as if they are coming through the floor. I have complained multiple times which didn't seem to work. I stayed at Ashborough Apartments for just under 13 months, and it was easily one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. If you can, avoid this place. Despite being marketed as “luxury apartments,” there is absolutely nothing luxurious about them. The interiors look like they haven’t been updated in 20–30 years. I wasn’t even allowed to tour the unit in person before signing the lease, which should have been a red flag. Customer service was consistently poor. Maintenance requests took at least a week—sometimes longer—to be addressed. The staff would apologize, but rarely followed through on their promises.
