The Ascent at Windward

It's been 7 years I lived in this apartment, the place is very nice. The good part off late has been the new management which has taken over recently. They do listen to the concerns and act swiftly. This is something which gave a pleasant experience in the recent times. A big shout out to Shadreka Smith & Darshana D in particular who have always ensured that folks get required support on time. Rest of the management and the maintenance team members - You guys are doing great work. Please continue to do the same.

Recently had a new team come onboard and everyone has been fantastic. The maintenance team respond quickly to concerns. Chris and Carl are particularly very helpful and check in after a work order to make sure everything is working well. The leasing office staff is equally as great - they have really been trying to engage with all the residents and hosting fun events or giving out treats. They are trying to improve the community and doing a great job.

I moved into these apartments Nov. of 2024. This is the 3rd Property Management Company I have had to deal with and by far the best. The previous two could never be reach. Anytime you went to the office the staff never wanted to answer questions. The property trash cans were always overflowing. Major difference since this group took over. This past Nov. I went from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment and Shay helped me out so much. She answered any questions I had and didn't put me on the backburner. She made my move so easy for me. There was a few maintenance issues with the new apartment and the were taken care of within the first week. I'm very happy with the new team that's here.

“luxury apartments” Never live here, the stuff are super rude, maintenance requests are never taken seriously. No one ever shows up when needed, and my sprinkler system has been dripping for 4 months now. The office is either always closed or shows up late, and when they finally do, they never actually fix the problem. And don’t even get me started on the dog bins—they’re never cleaned, and the disgusting stench fills the entire building.

I’ve had a great experience staying here, especially with the new management. They’ve been very responsive and on top of things—repairs are handled quickly, and even emergencies are taken care of the same day. I’ve been in contact with Shea, who is incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. She truly follows through on what she says and gets things done. Overall, a very positive experience.
