Management truly found the ideal apartment for me, and it was as close as possible to what I saw on the tour. Their seriousness and professionalism show their commitment to their guests, which is what matters most to those of us looking for a home, nice neighbord that i don’t meet and will go sincerely to help me! The place is very silent and spacious please if you look a perfect place don’t think more refer me and move!

Wanted to put zero stars maybe even negative stars if it were an option. This place is horrible when it comes to communication as well as being straight forward with you. And based on the reviews and shared experiences. New tenants are seen as nothing but a money grab and an easy way for them to get money by accepting your deposit and entering you into a lengthy approval process. Don’t let them fool you into thinking your approval or denial should take more than 3 days. And please don’t let tameka convince you she is so busy that she can not communicate or do her job effectively. Shes not answering phones all day or ensuring the property is safe her(Tameka management) and the staff are merely clocking in and accepting a check for letting the phones ring daily and doing nothing but giving t

We were planning to move into this apartment based on what Tameka told me over the phone, especially since we had already paid the deposit. However, after the deposit was paid, Tameka stated that “we were holding the apartment from others” due to a paperwork issue that was not caused by me, but by my mother repeatedly losing her Social Security card. A deposit is specifically meant to hold an apartment so it cannot be rented to someone else while required paperwork is being completed. That statement left me with a bad feeling about how this situation was being handled. As a result, we decided to cancel our application and continue looking for housing elsewhere.

If I could put Zero stars I would. This complex took way too long about 2 months just to deny, oh and the communication is so poor. Don’t waste your time, the management is horrible and rude. This is my first time applying and moving out of my father’s apartment with my little sister so I thought affordable housing would help but instead we were taken advantage of, not knowing the full process. I was being patient but it seems like this is a blessing because I would not want to live there knowing Mrs Tamika works there, her energy is so nasty and just hateful, she reminds me of the bitter old aunties at the cookouts that never want to see anything happy come out your life. I would have been happy if the communication was there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME especially if you’re young.

What an evil way to keep money from a person.... How many people have experienced this with this apt complex. I recently put in an application for a four bedroom apartment. The leasing Agent TAMIKA went page by page with me in this application. Accurately confirming and making sure I entered correct information and that all documentation was accounted for. Application was denied. Please tell me why I was told I will not receive my $450 deposit back because of fraudulent paperwork. Where, When, and How... Your leasing agent verified all of my documents and information. But now my application was fraudulent. This is a good scheme for companies to run on low-income population.
