The Arts Apartments at Ocean Drive

We love this place! We had to move apartments due to issues with the old building and they got us moved within 10 days! Maintenance here is great! When we have an issue they come and fix it immediately! I can’t say enough good things about Mari and the maintenance crew! If I had friends in this state (I moved from Iowa) I would recommend this place in a heart beat! Plus I can’t say enough how much I LOVE the view as well♥️

Terrible apartment complex. I lived there from January 2025-August 2025 before finally walking away after I went through months of not having AC, they gave me a floor unit that hardly worked and it only kept the main room ventilated somewhat properly. The neighbors above me had a serious leak that flooded me and my next door neighbors apartment. My next door neighbor had to move out immediately. Entire studio was flooded and all her furniture was damaged. I stuck around thinking the management would move me somewhere. They. Never. Did. Do not sign a lease with these apartments. I lost my entire wardrobe, all my furniture had to be thrown to the dumpster, and they still made me pay all the fees to break lease early and leave. I suffered water damage and mildew that carpeted the entire apart

There wasn't an available apartment for viewing but she was super sweet and for an older apartment complex it looks great on the outside. There is a private pier and the view is spectacular. Pricing is great for the location and serenity. Beautiful pool but wish the dolphin fountain was working. Great parking and covered parking available.

Absolutely love living here! It's quiet, peaceful and beautiful. My apartment is spacious and clean. Never any issues with bugs or things falling apart. The complex is well maintained. Favorite amenity is the fishing pier...Absolutely beautiful views!!
