The Armory Apartments

I’ve been living at Armory Apartments for the past two years, and I’m planning to stay for another year, that alone says a lot. The amenities are great: a well-maintained hot tub and pool, a solid gym, and really nice common spaces that are actually enjoyable to use. There’s also a strong sense of community here. Residents often get together, which makes the place feel welcoming rather than just another apartment complex. McKenzie has always been very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, which makes a big difference. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would highly recommend.

I’ve really enjoyed living at the Armory Apartments. The location is great and the building is kept up well. Mackenzie has been awesome to work with—super friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, she’s been quick to help and made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it.

I love living here. Whenever I have an issue, it’s met with immediate care and consideration!! Overall quiet and a wonderful community. The amenities (gym, yoga/dance studio, hot tub and work area) are absolutely amazing too!! Recently my ridiculous cats knocked on my faucet and management at The Amory was responsive and helped guide me immensely in support on filing a renters insurance claim for any damage. They were even supportive in going out of the way to move my personal items to stay dry and air out as much of my things as possible. They went out of their way to say they hoped some art that way leaning on the floor was ok too! Just a felt sense of community and care here. :) The true icing on the cake is Mckenzie M in the office!! She immediately made me feel welcomed and support

I really love living here it’s so clean and quiet. I feel safe and cozy. It’s been a great landing pad to reset my nervous system. Mackenzie is the best to have on the property, she makes it feel like a real community.

I have enjoyed living in the Armory for nearly four years. Its proximity to the foothills, the boulder rez, downtown, wonderland lake, all while being peaceful has been a dream. It’s a great community and great staff, especially Mackenzie. Highly recommend.
