Had a freak incident where my shower door shattered randomly on its own. Maintenance came and inspected the area the following day. Supervisor Johnny came and addressed the issue and also cleaned, vacuumed, and appropriately secured the area. He also advocated for a new shower door and was able to install it the following Monday. Great and speedy service following a frightening experience. Thank you!

Every time I submit a work order, Joar Yánez always arrives with a very positive attitude and a smile. He's punctual, respectful, and always looks for the best solution to the problem. I have lived here for a few months now and so far its great. The admin staff are nice and accommodating. Maintenance staffs are reliable and nice. Esp Mr. Gorge who fixed my unit’s issues a few times that he became friends with my dog already. Good work! 😊

Joar Yanez always comes to assist us and is friendly and efficient. We feel comfortable every time he comes. He’s helped us with our microwave, shower head, bathrooms and unlocking doors.
