The Archer In Acworth

We came to tour earlier and the leasing agent was on another tour. We ran into Jesus, the maintenance supervisor, and he happily showed us the community and the apartment we were interested in. He knew all about the property and was very helpful. The apartments are beautiful, we looked at the B1 and the B2, the windows in the B2 make the space feel huge. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour!

The apartment complex overall is very clean and mostly well-maintained. I am aware it is a pet-friendly complex, but my major complaint is that their team does a very poor job addressing pet noise complaints. I've reached out to courtesy officers, front desk, and property managers as I've been instructed about handling a noise complaint I've had since I've first moved in 7 months ago, and not once have I gotten assistance or any online response from their team. The noise extremely impedes my living quality here at this point, so if this communication could truly be improved and addressed, I would change my review to 5 stars.

When I first arrived, I was greeted by Stacy, he has been absolutely exceptional. Very helpful and professional. My move-in experience was seamless with Jasmine. The apartments are nice and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet so far

Our family has moved here a couple of months ago and we really like this place! Our apartment is really nice and everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful! The staff organized two wonderful parties for the residents on Halloween and Thanksgiving, and we really enjoyed them! The whole property is clean and well maintained. Our little daughter likes walking around and she really enjoyed the pool when it was warm enough to go in the water!

Just finished moving in, and so far I had such a wonderful experience! with the major help from leasing agent Stacy. He provided exceptional service to me and my family and handled everything with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Even with the circumstances at hand, he made sure we felt valued and cared for every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone who truly takes pride in helping others—thank you, Stacy, for going above and beyond for us!
