This apartment has been the worst experience. There are bugs EVERYWHERE and pest control SUCKS. My bathroom is constantly smelling like rotten chicken and the maintenance has some how disappeared. I couldn’t even sleep in my bed because how bad the smell is. Office staffs are not helpful and obviously don’t communicate well. Appliances so old they start to deteriorate. They finally fixed the gate after months of it not working. Also utilities are EXTREMELY high. PLEASE DO NOT DECIDE TO LIVE HERE.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and overall it wasn’t the worst place ever, but I’m definitely excited to leave. First things first, THE BUGS!!!! Absolutely horrible and disgusting, even when they do pest control it doesn’t change anything, the entire place is infested. We tried everything we could to keep our unit clean, we keep our trash taken care of, got bug traps and other remedies to try and fix it, but nothing worked. I have never experienced a bug problem like this. The other main complaint is the train. I live in building 7 and it is quite literally right outside my window. When it goes by I can feel my walls shake, and it’s so loud sometimes you can barely hear yourself think. I wouldn’t recommend living here. I have only lived here for 8 months now and I have had my car broken into twice. I love how they say it’s a safe place but it’s not. The gate barely works, the street lights don’t work, there are random people that don’t live in the apartments wandering around, and there’s no cameras. I have gone to the front office multiple times for help with different things and they have never helped. This place is also supposed to be a smoking free zone, from the moment I moved in, I smelled weed outside and in the apartment. My clothes now smell like weed because the neighbors smoke all the time and they don’t open the window and it goes through the vents. Washing my clothes and my stuff doesn’t help the smell anymore and I’m so sad about it. Not to mention the price

The Arch has done a lot of insane shit, and that’s me putting it mildly, and I’ve been keeping my cool trying to be understanding with them but I can’t. I’m 27 and been living here for two years (not by choice) and they are truly terrible. I have ALWAYS been on time for rent for the past two years I been here. This time everything was submitted like usual ON TIME and got a notification the NEXT DAY my balance is clear cool. I woke up Oct 6 to an email saying there’s still a balance on my account. So I’m surprised, mind you this is the FIRST time this has ever happened, I go check my bank account and see exactly what occurred and just moved my money to that account cool. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Broken amenities, broken front gate, disgusting apartments with broken furniture, paper-thin walls, trash filled property, and no elevators. The model I looked at looked NOTHING like the apartment I was assigned to. They will tow your guests in a heartbeat! Pest control is non-existent, I was constantly dealing with bugs in my apartment. I had maintenance walk into my room while I was taking a nap multiple times!! Terrifying. Lastly, management and staff is horrible. New management took over a few months ago, and one day I got an email saying I was in violation of my lease for having a pet which is completely wrong. The front office staff all seem new and never know anything. Also when moving out, expect to be charged. I was charged almost $150 for not returning my keys
