The Arbour Apartments

Had an issue with this place. They didn’t tell me it’s a 72 hour wait for my application fee and my deposit to hold the unit. Found out the unit just didn’t have the A/C I wanted. My son has allergies and asthma which as well I do too. They took my money. So I do not like that they didn’t inform me that the 72 hour hold.

Deneth and Austin helped me throughout the move in process updating me throughout compliance questions and details, they were very kind and receptive, maintenance request are completed promptly, usually if you have any questions for the office they are very fast to respond to ensure a feeling of security. Thank you for providing the highest level of services and quality of tenant support. I highly recommend Dennis and Austin in regards to seeing over any help request or questions regarding the arbour apartments. Keep it up! Amazing work! The apartments are perfect!

What kind of place has no central ac and charge rent equivalent to other places that have central ac? They have the audacity to say that you can buy a unit and they will install it, not knowing that the price for a ac unit is 650 dollars. “Use the one you put in the window” this isn’t the 1980s anymore, stay away!

Very interesting on why a newly built apartment doesn’t have central ac or come with one in each room. The parking was also uneven.

They advertise that they have units available and they don't. I filled out the application and even sent a deposit. Followed all of the steps on Their website. Waited weeks. Then finally called to find out that I was actually on a wait list. Lol. Don't even know if I got approved. They are supposedly refunding me my deposit. A check that I'll have to wait a couple of weeks for. I'll have to eat the application fee. And this is for a place that advertises for low income affordable housing. It's laughable that they are actually allowed to act this way, all subsidized on tax dollars. Absolutely disgusting. So follow up..... They sent back the deposit.
