The Arbors at Western Branch

Jeneen the assistant property manager was amazing today. She was really knowledgeable about the property and we had a great tour. I’ve heard great things about Jeneen and the arts and crafts programs she has for the residents. Shalonda the property manager was very helpful and friendly as well.

Arbors at Western Branch is a beautiful property. The staff holds the most amazing activities and the residents have their own line dance group that visits other communities, nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Update: I emailed customer service on 3/20 and again on 3/27 per their response to this review and still no reply. Fake concern to making any amends to the situation. This apartment complex is another example of corporations and people caring about nothing more than money. My relative lived here two and half years and due to a sudden change in health, had to move out abruptly. I received a move out invoice 17 days after vacating. Only to find out I had missed clearing out one single cupboard entirely of pots and pans. Management had perceived this as trash and threw the entire contents away. Not even calling to see if I had made a mistake or giving me 24 hours to come collect. The entire apartment was spotless minus this one cupboard, why in the common sense would I purposely leave it beh

Trying to get my mom into this place for the last couple months. Britni is very professional and eager to help, but she is overwhelmed with client workload and management needs to provide some additional support to help with customer service. I’ll update this review if/when my mom gets in.

The Arbors at Western Branch is a great place to live I love the staff in the office they are great and the maintenance worker she is polite and make sure the work is done quickly Very great Staff
