My daughter lives here, her place is full of roaches. Its been that way now over a year. Add in they came in to paint her ceilings with no plastic to cover her belongings so paint is all over things she cant afford to replace. Not their problem though right?

I have seen posts of people reporting the cleanliness of the hallways and grounds of this complex for a good while now and I can say they are definitely not being addressed. There needs to be someone full time there to keep it clean and safe. I was there two days ago to visit my nephews and saw glass broken everywhere especially by the park where any child can get hurt. There is mud all over the hallway floors and everything just looks like it has been unkept for years. It was so concerning I actually removed my nephews from that complex as the living conditions are so bad. It is cleaner to live in a tent then it is to live in those units and it's even harder on the people who do live there because they have no choice. Just because some one needs help doesn't mean that they should be livin

The hallways have been so filthy for months since April/May, myself and others have asked management and they say someone will come but no one ever does. The hallways and stairs are sticky and nasty, there's food and trash, cigarettes, that haven't been touched for months, management came months ago and said they were gonna fix up the units And make things better but nothing did. There's security at night but there's still people doing drugs right outside, being loud all hours of the night. I don't know how it's allowed by the city for a hud housing property to have people living like this. Update: going on 3 weeks since owner replied not one thing has changed. Tenants do speak directly with the office and nothing gets better or changes. Today the so called manager Chantel has her what lo

This is a disgusting unprofessional racist management team they pretend to be friendly and professional in the beginning, however they never do repairs and if you have a complaint three African-American staff members team up around you in a circle they become very manipulative, asking close, ended questions until you give up and don’t have a complaint I have seen them friendly and talk to other African-Americans professionally, but neither me my daughter, my son, or my sister we are not african-American, are a darker pigment like that, when I asked for a number for the corporate office or someone higher up they won’t allow you to talk to the higher up I’m sure it’s in fear of losing their job for the way they speak to people and their maintenance man yells at people they use a tactic of i

My wife and I have lived here since it was Community Homes. It was better back then 25 years ago. They keep selling the buildings and new management every 3 months. Nobody wants to buy the projects once they see how much it will cost to do so. They need to be torn down. Most of the people they hire including Maintenance are sketchy and don't get the work done. They seem to be focused on entering your apartment without proper notice like they can do what they want without your approval. It's a headache to live in the worst place in Fargo with the crime. This place is not meant for children. Police get more calls here than any other area of Fargo and they don't like coming here. There is a food bank but the amenities are basically a ceiling fan and a roof and floor. If you are looking for a g
