The Arbors at Birchwood

This review is only about a lady in the office, if I wasn't so disgusted with her initial attitude, I would have got her name. I'm delivering a package for a customer, she gets on the intercom and immediately says "who are you here to see" in a nasty tone, definitely wasn't friendly at all, no how are you doing today, No welcome to the Arbors nothing, she lets me in I go to the office where she was and as I was about to hand her the package she says oh no you have to put that in the mail room with another disgusting tone in her voice as if I'm irritating her because I'm delivering a package for a resident. I asked her why is she so nasty and she begins to tell me she isn't, And I told her I can clearly hear it in the tone in her voice, So I just walked out. I can't deal with people that do

The building in beautiful and have all amenities for seniors. Guests are friendly. Building is clean and quiet.

The Arbors at Birchwood is fantastic. Britni the Manager and Wanda the Asst Mgr are just wonderful, professional, thoughtful and they truly care about the residents. I love it here. I feel part of the Arbors family. They try keep the seniors busy. Most seniors sit home alone daily. Mgmt make sure they we have a busy social calendar. The entire staff is Great. I thank God for the blessing of living here. Location is great.

We are making a big move ( from the West Coast) very soon, to be near our grandchildren. We took a tour of Arbors at Birchwood in May, with Britni, who made sure we saw our perfect fit before we left. We love the facility, the rooms, and the amenities. We have our application in and hope to make The Arbors at Birchwood our home on the East Coast very soon. Thanks, Britni, for the great tour you sold us immediately.

I just want to take time out to shout out this AMAZING TEAM at The Arbors at Birchwood!!! The staff is absolutely phenomenal always going above and beyond for the residents, vendors etc. Displaying so much class and top tier customer services. If you're looking for a new apartment home look no further these ladies will definitely take care of you and keep you busy all month long all while making you feel like family!!
