The Arbor Collection Apartments

The worst roaches i have seen in my life, More infested than a unit down town or on an insanely ran down side of Fresno. I had them spray before but it was completely useless kept roaches away for a couple hours if that, these units need to be completely evacuated.

Moved in almost a year ago now for work and I got a say this place is definitely worth the rent. Office is really nice and the maintenance service is very quick....like same day quick. My family and I are happy we decided to stay here over the other places we checked out. Update: Year 2 and my feelings are the same as year one. Great place to stay though sometimes parking is a pain, but only because people park where they are not suppose to it has nothing to do with complex.

My experience at the arbor collection apartments in Fresno was good until New Management took over about 7 years ago. The rent went up every year, and no updates were made to the individual apartments.!!! I was a tenant at The other place apartments for over 7 years, and I spent over $70,000 in rent at the complex.!! This new management is (only concerned about profit), and not serving their tenants.!! When I moved out I requested my $500.00 deposit back, because I had the apartment cleaned.. but they made up charges, and refused to return my $500 deposit.!! This is just a reflection of poor and unfriendly management.!!!

Definitely not worth what they’re charging. Rent goes up $100 every new lease signing. Things constantly falling apart, maintenance comes to fix it, then it’s back to falling apart again. No good ventilation, bathroom is always humid inside. They tend to not follow what is in their own lease. Gave me a 3 day notice to perform conditions or quit and tried charging me for an “unauthorized pet” that I’ve had here for 4 years now before looking over my lease and seeing that this pet was indeed authorized every year with NO monthly pet rent or deposit required. Office ladies aren’t too smart, money hungry company wanting you to keep up your end of the bargain yet fail to do theirs. Don’t reply to certain emails that could be used as a paper trail. Typical slumlord. Rent at your own risk.

Save your money. Management is lazy, inconsiderate, and all around disingenuous anytime I came in communication with them. It was a "he said, she said" situation when they wanted to charge me for damages that I didnt do. Ended up having to settle in collections. Next time I'll take pictures, so I dont get taken advantage of like these people did to me.
