Wow, the moving-in process has been so incredibly easy and we are happy with our new home! Antonio was very helpful, professional and made us feel very welcomed into the community. Its quiet, clean and truly feels like home! You can tell that this apartment complex actually cares about its tenants, thank you!!

Would definitely recommend, if you have all your ducks lined up to get in! Jessica was an absolute sweetheart, and explained everything in a very understandable manner. We set up a tour for Thursday, and we’re moved in by Tuesday(awesome!!!!) The management team was very friendly, no matter who I spoke to, and they were very willing to help. In Frederick, i find that other places, will judge you off of your appearance, and ultimately make it harder to get in, but not here! Again would definitely recommend, but make sure you have everything lined up beforehand. You’re also required to have your account numbers for gas and electric before they give you the keys, which makes sense. however, you will not be able to set up an account online, you would have to call and wait hours to get it set u

To any Active Duty members like myself that are stationed at Fort Detrick looking to live off-post, DO NOT live here. They will take your money and then tell you that your time is of no importance. Where to begin with the amount of baffoonery I have experienced. It started with incompetence with 7 pre-approvals for 3 different units. My family was forced to inspect and move in to our unit same day after multiple delays. Our residency was only 7 months due to military orders. During that time, the window on my car was smashed on 2 separate occasions. I was informed that the parking lot is NOT under surveillance after I had filed the police reports. I have lived here for the past year and just renewed my lease. This is the perfect location with the best amenities. There is keyless front entrance access. Beautiful landscaping. Friendly rental office a staff and maintenance is too notch. They are pet friendly. They did open the pool halfway through summer during corona. They gym is nice but closes due to Covid. I am annoyed slightly by this as all gyms are open publicly and I keep hearing that the office is “working on getting the gym open” yet it’s been six months. Plenty of walking trails though. Neighbors are great. The rent for my one bedroom apartment is just around 1400 plus utilities. This is why I am annoyed about the price a bit because I don’t have access to a gym and my only option is to pay out of pocket for a outside memb

My wife and I met with Jessica at The Apartments at Wellington Trace to see and learn about the apartments and facilities. Jessica was extremely effective and informative explaining all the facility benefits, costs and availability including a thorough tour. We had some user issues when applying and registering online and Jessica and property manager were patient and walked us seniors through successful completion. The complex amenities, safe neighborhood and the roomy 2 bedroom apartment are exactly what we were looking to rent.
