The Apartments at Tamar Meadow

Destiny and Sydney are the sweetest! Sydney is kind and quick to help out at the desk! We have dirty air vents that are leaving black spots on walls from the heat being turned on and Destiny quickly came to take pictures and schedule someone to clean them and paint. We so appreciate you! My boyfriend has been here for about 5 years now and I have been here the past 2.5 years. We have an older/not newer model apartment due to being here for so long. In our older model, we find that we have to run the dryer 2-3 times depending on the load to get the clothes dry. Appliances need updated, but work just fine (I’m sure will be updated when we move into our new home).The updated models are very nice! The pool is always well maintained and clean!

Stopped by Tamar Meadow Apartments today and had a great experience! The leasing agent was super nice and really took the time to explain the application process. Sydney was super patient with all my questions. Definitely appreciated how friendly and helpful she was!

I had a great experience working with Sydney! She was incredibly helpful when answering questions about the application process. She has a wonderful personality, is knowledgeable and provided a lot of great information. She was very professional. I highly recommend working with her if you're interested in leasing an apartment here.

This is the worst apartment that i have ever lived in. As some people have said below this is located in the hood of Columbia. I've only lived here for 2 and a half months and I've had my car stolen a week after i moved here and when talking to the cops i was told this is the easiest place to do this because of the lack of security. First impression The unit itself is terrible and was not ready when I moved in. They had to change the dryer(due to it being super old), glaze my tub, (which had a terrible and very strong odor because of that i could not stay in my apartment due to me having two small children) swap out one of the bathroom vanity's because it had several gaps in it. Nails coming out the wall pieces of wood sticking out from under the sink and a sliding door that was unaligne

Mrs. Sydney and Ms. Kierra gave me a warm welcome and show me what's available on their property, budget and amenities. I will definitely consider renting at these luxury apartments because they are very nice and cozy. Please management, think about a pay raise for these two individuals and I will recommend all my family members, friends and business partners to rent from Tamar Meadow Apartments in Jesus name Amen.
