The Apartments at Charles Plaza

I had such a wonderful experience working with my leasing agent at Southern Management Properties. She was incredibly kind, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about my decision. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and the community. I had a wonderful experience speaking with Tiffany today regarding my application to move into The Apartments at Charles Plaza. She reached out proactively and provided a clear, transparent overview of the process, helping me understand what would best suit my needs. Tiffany was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Her service exceeded expectations. She truly went above and beyond. Exceptional customer service like hers deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated. I look forward to continuing the process with her support.

I honestly should give them 1 star, 2 stars is being nice. I applied here on 9/7/25 and my application was still processing for 2 months (IDK any place where the application process takes this long.) I was working with Emma from the leasing office, I will say she seemed nice during the whole process. She had called one day while I was at work and I called back 5 minutes after that and some guy from the front office answered and said "oh, she's not in the office today. She's going to be out for a while." He changed the lie up real quick to "she stepped in the restroom, you can call back in 10 minutes" when I told him she had just called and left a voicemail. Emma had called back on 10/6 and then sent an email shortly after around 11:55 am, I responded back that same day at 12:10 pm and stil

*DO NOT MOVE HERE* First, homie with the dreads at the front desk. 10/10 service, stand up and very kind guy, I have only ever had good interactions with him. Everything else: The maintenance of this building is in shambles and management is a joke, I would give this 0 stars if I could. The laundry rooms are a disaster, the elevators are constantly broken with no real communication on a timeline for repair, and communication from management is some of the worst I've experienced in my life. Water and heat regularly shut off. Do not move here if you have any kind of mobility disability. It's not worth it. I don't care how attractive the price is, it's just not worth it.

Brian Harper was extremely pleasant and patient with our many questions. He was very knowledgeable and transparent. We hope to be in a new apartment this Spring with the help of Brian.
