The Annex of Bozeman

Sarah and her office staff are amazing. They helped me out so my in my cross country move. I was able to get approved within a couple of days of speaking with them. Very courteous and sweet. Absolutely love being here. I safe so save here. I especially like that. They have a pet wash and a bike room. Beautiful place over all.

Truly one of the best places to live in Bozeman. The management team, particularly Sarah and Jessica, are super friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew, Dale and Dan, are always available and quick to fix any issues. The building is clean and ideally located in town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new home

Me, my girlfriend and my now 5 month old moved here 10 months ago. My first 6 months I had no problems and the apartment and everything was going good. Around that 6 month period is when things have been going south. First off every door in my apartment now doesn’t hold square in the door so it rubs on the frame loudly when you close any door. Also about 25% of my floor now creaks loudly when I’m just walking around(keep in mind this is a reasonably new complex and I weigh 140lb). And the reason that has pushed me to the point of writing a review is that over the past couple months they have been going thru some sort of transfer of their employees and now I’m getting billed differently every month for the past 3. They didn’t bill me correctly and then they mess up something else and say th

I’ve had such a great experience at The Annex Bozeman! The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a perfect location. Sarah, the property manager, is absolutely amazing—super responsive, kind, and always goes above and beyond for residents. Highly recommend!
