Roach-Infested “Luxury” Apartment — Don’t Fall for the Ratings We moved into The Annabel expecting a premium, well-maintained apartment based on its glowing reviews. Instead, we walked into a roach-infested, poorly prepared unit that management refuses to take responsibility for. From the very first day, we saw roaches coming out from under the carpet, crawling through the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets — everywhere. It was absolutely disgusting. Dozens appeared each night. We immediately contacted management, and their solution? Wait a full week for pest control. So we had to spend our own money on roach killer, clean nonstop, and leave the apartment altogether to avoid further exposure. Our cats were completely stressed out from being shuttled around to keep them safe. All of thi

I’ve lived here for a year and it has been the best apartment complex experience I ever had. Here’s the good - The leasing agents are responsive, helpful, and kind. They also hold fun events for the tenants each month that are well-thought out. Maintenance is also responsive and quick to address any issues you have. The tenants are nice people and have been respectful towards their neighbors from what I’ve experienced. The units are updated and well maintained along with the public areas. The amenities are great (pool, gym, courtyards, lounge) and it’s walkable to the new restaurants/coffee shop in the area. Now here’s the bad - Depending on where your unit is located, parking can be a nuisance. They do offer parking garages/storage spaces, but depending on availability, it may not be the

Where do I even begin? I just want to say how grateful I am for such a seamless process moving into the Annabel this past weekend. I’ve lived at many other complexes up until this point and working with Victoria has by far been the best. Always getting back to me asap whenever I have a question and ensuring everything is ready to go. The complex is so nice as well as the specific unit I’m in! Great community with a ton of things to do nearby so I’m glad I’ll be here for the foreseeable future.
